Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Brown and Caldwell. As a key member of our Digital Services team, you will provide technical expertise and support to teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manipulate, analyze, and visualize data using business intelligence tools to drive business improvements.
  • Support the generation of reports, communications, and training materials to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze project and company-level data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Develop dashboards and other tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with experts and leaders on new technologies and approaches to drive innovation.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience with data management, data analytics, business process automation, project management, and/or business consulting.
  • Strong self-motivation to solve problems, innovate, and improve systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of project management principles and business operations.
  • Organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and lead change in a business environment.
  • Strong skills using data to inform decision-making and support business growth.
