Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Connvertex Technologies Inc. in Chicago, IL or Evansville, IN. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in serving as a liaison between IT, software vendors, and the Commercial Lending line of business.

Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business requirements, as well as developing and configuring systems such as Abrigo to achieve business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and configure systems such as Abrigo to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Communicate business requirements and system configurations to stakeholders
  • Continuously seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant technical and business work experience required
  • Knowledge of business operations and system requirements processes required
  • Experience with administration of loan origination systems, preferably Abrigo, and other banking systems
  • Excellent organizational, data gathering, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines, quickly and accurately troubleshooting issues, problem-solving, and communicating with other business units
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant technical and business work experience
  • Experience in process discovery, implementation, and management
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with banking systems: Excel, Word, Visio, and other software
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45/hr on W2 for Business Analyst I and $50/hr on W2 for Business Analyst II. Our company is fully onsite, and we require locals only. The duration of the contract is 6 months CTH. We also offer a fully onsite work environment and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
