- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team.
- Communication Skills: Ability to develop and manage strong relations with clients, carriers, and third parties.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing.
- Organizational Skills: Proven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detail.
- Industry Certifications: Insurance license, CPCU, CIC, or comparable designations preferred.
