  • Industry Expertise: Minimum 5 years of multi-line underwriting/production experience, excess & surplus experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to develop and manage strong relations with clients, carriers, and third parties.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detail.
  • Industry Certifications: Insurance license, CPCU, CIC, or comparable designations preferred.
