About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst to join our team at Skyline Innovations. As an ERP Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and document them to identify areas for improvement.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate department-specific workshops to capture functional and technical requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Process Design and Implementation: Design and implement new processes and adjust existing concepts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Apply project management approaches to implement process/system improvements, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Application Management: Take on general functional management of specific application programs, with a focus on ERP systems, including interface support.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure data integrity of the application(s) and develop reports and dashboards in collaboration with departments, according to reporting requirements (BI).
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in (industrial) engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience.
  • Business Analysis Knowledge: Strong knowledge in business analysis, including process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • IT Project Management Knowledge: Knowledge in the design and implementation of IT projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quality and Results-Oriented: A strong sense of quality and a results-oriented approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a process- and results-oriented manner.
