Rheumatologist Position at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health

We are seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. As a Rheumatologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting outpatient clinics, and managing administrative duties.
Responsibilities:- Provide care for patients with rheumatology-related medical conditions
- Provide rheumatology consults for the inpatient service
- Manage administrative duties, including EMR documentation and timely billing
- Teach and mentor medicine residents, fellows, and junior members of the medical team
- Graduate of an accredited Medical School or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited university
- Board-certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine
- Active or NYS Medical License
- Active, unrestricted DEA license
- Cultural sensitivity to a diverse patient population required
- Previous experience working with an under-served patient population preferred
