Job Title: Safety Manager

Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and implementing safety initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to promote a safety culture and engage employees in safety initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in safety and health management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations impacting safety and health programs.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify and respond to developing trends and issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support regional plants and initiatives.
