We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Clerk. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and support the efficient operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, benefits information, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Process employee requests, including name and address changes, benefits enrollment, and other personnel-related tasks.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the Human Resources department.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of clerical experience in an office setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be required to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and perform other tasks that require manual dexterity.
