Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at EPITEC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to production employees, administering leave and company policies, addressing employee benefit inquiries, and assisting with recruiting and onboarding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support production employees with HR-related requests and concerns.
  • Administer leave and company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Address employee benefit inquiries and provide guidance on available options.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding initiatives, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee HR operational processes, including unemployment insurance, investigations, organizational structure changes, and pay adjustments.
  • Execute the company's communications plan, ensuring timely and effective communication with employees.
  • Manage social media pages for the Waco facility, promoting company culture and initiatives.
  • Be flexible and willing to work outside of scheduled hours when needed to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent field.
  • 1-3 years of professional business or Human Resources experience.
  • Associates degree and 5-7 years of experience.
  • Industrial/Manufacturing Environment Experience preferred.
  • Experience with the HRIS system (Workday) is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel – PowerBI, Microsoft Flow) preferred.
  • Data Analytics preferred.
  • Experience with social media content/postings preferred.
