Key Responsibilities:

Profitability:

  • Implement cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and cash drawer management.
  • Conduct daily and weekly inventory inspections to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate inventory truck orders to ensure efficient inventory management.

Guest:

  • Motivate and direct Team Members to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring speed, accuracy, and friendliness in a clean environment.

People:

  • Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to enhance their skills and improve restaurant performance.

Operations:

  • Set an example for Team Members by effectively implementing shift plans and driving operational results.
  • Direct efficient preparation and sale of products, ensuring prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
  • Motivate Team Members to maintain high standards on all workstations.
  • Review restaurant performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
