Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate patient status and provide education to patients and families on disease management and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required.
  • Specialized certifications as needed.
  • 3-5 years of technical experience and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pediatric oncology preferred.
Compensation
