We are seeking a highly experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all job site activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate all job site activities to meet project schedules and quality standards.
  • Drive project execution to meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate and delegate subcontractor work to meet project milestones and contract agreements.
  • Supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness of construction.
  • Communicate with project managers on project updates and progress.
  • Review designs, blueprints, and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of construction experience.
  • 5 years of superintendent experience on Federal projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience with Clean Room/Clean lab construction.
  • Experience with modular construction.
