Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Technician to join our team at DHR Health. As a Nurse Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of direct and indirect nursing care to patients
  • Perform basic patient care tasks, including bathing, feeding, vital signs, and positioning patients
  • Collect specimens, administer oxygen therapy, and perform other complex procedures as needed
  • Transport and position patients for exams and treatments
  • Assist patients with ambulation and provide support and comfort
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, weights, and intake/output
  • Pass and collect bed pans, change bed linens, and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current student in good standing with an accredited nursing program
  • Proof of completion of two semesters of ADN or BSN Nursing Program
  • BLS Certification from American Heart Association
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
