We are seeking a skilled Histology Technician to join our team at a state-of-the-art laboratory in Wisconsin.
This laboratory prides itself on utilizing cutting-edge technologies and techniques to provide accurate results.
Our laboratory is fully automated, ensuring consistent and reliable outcomes.
We utilize a bar code system to track specimens, minimizing the risk of errors and ensuring patient safety.
This laboratory has multiple locations throughout the Midwest and East Coast, but we are currently hiring for our Wisconsin-based laboratory.
This is a permanent, full-time position on either evening or night shift with some flexibility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for complex histological procedures, including grossing, cutting, staining, drying, and freezing, as well as preparing tissue specimens for routine and special procedures.
Applicants should have their HT or HTL ASCP Certification and an Associate's Degree in Histology or a related field.
While certification is preferred, we also consider applicants without it, as we offer resources to help individuals obtain their ASCP Certificate.
We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, an attractive retirement package, and generous PTO and holiday schedule.
