Requirements

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Solid Understanding of Janitorial Best Practices: Solid understanding of janitorial best practices, cleaning techniques, and equipment.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficient in Computer Software: Proficient in using computer software and systems for operational and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to janitorial services.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
