Compassionate Youth Educator and Family Support Specialist

**Salary and Benefits**

As a Compassionate Youth Educator and Family Support Specialist, you can expect a fully qualified pay rate of $22.93 or a trainee pay rate of $21.94. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans with no out-of-pocket costs, paid time off and sick leave, paid holidays, and more.

**Job Description**

In this role, you will work closely with children and families to provide individualized support and education. Your responsibilities will include observing and assessing children, setting individualized goals, and tracking progress. You will also prepare the classroom environment to meet the educational needs of each child and work cooperatively with staff members and clients from diverse backgrounds.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of child development and early childhood curriculum planning. You should also have knowledge of current best practices in early childhood development and education, as well as principles of case management and family dynamics. Experience working with diverse populations and a strong ability to establish helping relationships with families are also essential.
