We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Nutrition Services General Manager to lead our East Region team. As a key member of our Trinity Health organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Food and Nutrition Services Department, ensuring the highest level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective cost reduction plans and strategies to support Trinity Health and Regional Health Ministry goals.
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and nutrition services, meeting the needs of our patients, customers, and staff.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and management teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote excellence in food and nutrition services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Trinity Health policies, and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care.
- Bachelor's degree in institutional management, dietetics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in food and nutrition services management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Ability to develop and implement effective cost reduction plans and strategies, and to lead a team of professionals to achieve high-quality results.
