- Serve as the primary Facility Security Officer and Corporate Security Manager.
- Conduct classification reviews for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain a comprehensive document accountability database.
- Manage the processing of classified mail and maintain accurate receipt records.
- Oversee the destruction of classified materials and ensure proper handling of magnetic media.
- Provide reproduction support for classified documents and maintain various administrative logs related to document control.
- Assist in the processing of data transfer files and maintain an extensive database of customer contacts.
- Facilitate the research, processing, and filing of visit notices for inbound and outbound guests.
- Escort visitors and maintain logs of their access.
- Aid in the preparation of access control badges and conduct entry and exit inspections.
- Support the maintenance of access control systems and perform data entry into the Personnel Access Security System database.
- Maintain personnel security files for all supported personnel and enforce Standard Operating Procedures.
- Contribute to security awareness and education initiatives.
- Perform various administrative support tasks as directed by the site lead or Senior Security Manager.
- Monitor security clearance processing activities in collaboration with government personnel.
- Conduct annual briefings and manage the Insider Threat Program.
- Prepare for and oversee inspections by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
- Maintain relevant government databases including the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and National Industrial Security System (NISS).
- Review and process Program Access Requests (PARs) for accuracy and eligibility.
- Conduct indoctrinations and provide mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
- Completion of DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training is required.
- Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly and eligibility for Special Access Program Information.
- Familiarity with security policies, manuals, and relevant guiding documents is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and interact effectively with various personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is necessary.
- A high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative is expected, with minimal supervision required.
