About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Park City Surgery Center. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and handling surgical instruments with precision.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; surgical technician program or related experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of surgical instrumentation, equipment, and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a sterile field.
