About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a BCBA Supervisor. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for career advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Assessments: Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS assessments.
  • Functional Behavior Assessments: Perform functional behavior assessments to identify behavioral excesses and deficits.
  • Program Development: Develop comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans tailored to individual clients' needs.
  • Supervision: Provide training and supervision to paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) involved in one-on-one ABA services.
  • Staff Oversight: Plan, oversee, and evaluate the efforts of assigned staff to effectively address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires.
  • Program Evaluation: Supervise the ongoing ABA programs, assess program performance, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Training and Support: Deliver ABA training to parents and other caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to support their child's development.
  • Data Management: Manage electronic client progress data using Rethink, providing valuable insights for program improvement.
  • Cultural Competence: Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with parents and caregivers from diverse backgrounds, adapting ABA procedures accordingly.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative and effective team member within a treatment team.
  • Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
