Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Soccer Travel Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading soccer sessions, interacting with parents and children, and ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality soccer sessions that cater to the needs of young players.
  • Built strong relationships with parents, teachers, and directors to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with the office team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive environment for all players.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper set-up and breakdown.
  • Provide individualized attention to each child to enhance their learning experience.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of a grassroots coaching license.
  • Own reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 45-minutes one-way to get to class locations.
  • Be punctual, willing to learn, and open to feedback.
  • Hold prior experience working with children or have a strong desire to work in a travel club environment.
  • Demonstrate motivation, energy, patience, and attentiveness.
  • Show hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing personality traits.
  • Able to coach from the sidelines on game day.
  • Availability must include weekday afternoons (3 pm - 9 pm) and/or weekend mornings (8:30 am – 1 pm).
