About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our growing team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver individualized therapy in a center-based setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBA's to promote positive growth and development in children.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report findings to ensure effective treatment.
• Support families in implementing individualized treatment plans through training and guidance.
• Maintain open communication channels with clients, families, and supervisors to address needs and concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required; experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Access to reliable transportation.
