Facility Cleaner

The Facility Cleaner is responsible for executing cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the premises to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing various floor types.
- Dust and sanitize furniture, storage areas, and ventilation systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of sinks, countertops, and waste disposal units.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying containers and handling medical waste as per guidelines.
- Utilize room deodorizers as required to enhance the atmosphere.
- Ensure availability of paper supplies and other cleaning materials.
- Wash windows and walls, which may include the removal of drapes and rugs.
- Return cleaning supplies and equipment to designated areas after use.
Adhere to OSHA regulations regarding the handling of infectious materials to maintain safety and compliance.
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
