Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Licensing Assistant to provide day-to-day support for our Licensing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product development, marketing, and administrative tasks, while maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • LICENSEE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
    • Distribute seasonal trend information and color/print standards packages to licensees.
    • Conduct market research to facilitate design processes with licensees.
    • Schedule and attend seasonal development reviews, ensuring all product approvals are documented.
    • Manage product design and market calendars.
    • Facilitate communication between internal and external design leads.
    • Maintain sample checklists and closets.
  • MARKETING/ADVERTISING/BRAND IDENTITY:
    • Maintain brand tool kits and advertising guidelines.
    • Initiate and manage marketing project requests with the internal marketing department.
    • Coordinate advertising samples for photo shoots and special projects.
    • Oversee e-commerce sites and online accounts to ensure licensed categories are displayed correctly.
  • LICENSING ADMINISTRATION:
    • Support the Licensing Team with day-to-day requests and communications.
    • Ensure clear and timely communication between licensees and the Licensing Team.
    • Assist in preparing business reviews, presentations, and market recaps.
    • Maintain licensee and internal directories, door distribution lists, and compliance approvals.
    • Develop working relationships with DTC teams and follow up on sales performance.
    • Publish the Licensing Newsletter to all licensees and internal teams.
    • Share corporate communications with licensees.
    • Manage the planning of the annual Licensing Summit.
    • Coordinate quarterly touch bases with cross-functional teams.
    • Manage the distribution of licensee discount cards.
    • Ensure visitors are registered in the security system.
Requirements
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience in a related business or brand.
  • 1+ year of administrative experience in a related business or brand.
  • Displays a positive attitude, professional manner, and willingness to assist multiple team members.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention-to-detail and sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Workfront, InDesign, and Zoom.
