Job Summary

The State of North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager I to lead the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Program. This is a full-time position responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct program reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Design and implement clinical monitoring plans to track program performance and provide guidelines for improvement.
  • Develop and provide training programs to support MOUD Program processes.
  • Collaborate with other public and private agencies to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform program decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three years of program experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Smartsheet and Excel.
  • Experience working in a correctional setting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, other State officials, and the general public.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform program decisions.
