Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in creating accurate cost estimates and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Your expertise will help us complete projects on time and within budget, while maintaining our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive bids to cover all aspects of a project, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks or issues, seeking cost-saving measures to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and research the latest industry trends and practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of field experience in a related industry, such as construction or engineering.
  • Proven experience in estimating, with a strong understanding of estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent math skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with QuoteSoft or Fabrication ESTmep software.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication and installation processes.
