About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic decisions and leading a close-knit and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs and processes to ensure plant operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure the team is maintaining the highest level of Safety, Quality, and Food Safety standards.
  • Partner with other team members to create the scope, definition, and execution of capital projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting with operations supervision or management experience.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the operation.
  • Proven technical mastery in maintenance systems, programs, and budgeting practices.
  • Experience participating in lean manufacturing events and managing lean projects.
