At DICK'S Sporting Goods, we're committed to creating a culture of financial excellence that drives business success. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Supply Chain team by providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual Company budget, analyzing variances and identifying key drivers and trends.
  • Compile and validate financial information for monthly business review meetings.
Financial Analysis and Process Improvements:
  • Support Supply Chain business units from a Finance perspective, driving process improvements and new business initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects requiring a Finance perspective.
Development:
  • Take ownership of your professional development, working closely with your Manager and Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
  • One to three years of experience.
  • Preferred knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PeopleSoft Financials, and Hyperion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong collaborative skills.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
