Role Summary
Stryten Energy is seeking a skilled Equipment Repair Technician to join our maintenance team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in a safe and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring the highest level of product quality and personnel safety. The salary for this position is estimated at $27.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Job
The Equipment Repair Technician will troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance tasks, and accurately complete maintenance work orders. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Utilizing technical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment problems.
  • Completing all assigned maintenance work orders using computerized CMMS system.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 90 pounds.
  • Good attendance and performance work history.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated competence in two of the six areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Welding, and HVAC.
