Job Summary

As a Sterile Processing Technician Level II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care by processing and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment. You will work closely with our healthcare team to maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and sterilize medical instruments and equipment to ensure they are safe for patient use.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Inventory and restock medical supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in instrument processing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and correspondence.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Departmental related computer skills.
