We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at San Leandro Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid California RN license.
- At least six months of experience as a Registered Nurse I with Alameda Health System or equivalent experience in a minimum 100-bed hospital.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Preferred: CCRN or CEN certification.
