As a Pest Management Specialist, you will be responsible for a daily schedule where you will apply various pest management solutions, conduct inspections, and address customer concerns. Upon completion of your training, you will be provided with a company vehicle for personal use, along with a fuel card for your route. Additionally, you will receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement for communication expenses.

What to Anticipate

You will service approximately 12 to 14 residences daily. Routes will be organized for you each day, allowing you to build rapport with your clients over time.

Your responsibilities will include performing detailed inspections of residential properties to identify entry points for pests and assess any infestations, followed by devising suitable treatment strategies. Clear communication with clients regarding your findings, treatment options, preventive measures, and additional services will be essential to ensure their homes remain pest-free.

Occasionally, you may need to visit our warehouse for meetings, training sessions, or to replenish supplies.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management abilities

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must maintain a clean-shaven appearance for safety (may occasionally require a respirator)
  • Comfortable accessing crawl spaces and attics
