Job Summary

We are seeking a Neurobehavioral Care Coordinator to join our team at the Neurobehavioral Center for Growth. This is a full-time position requiring 30+ hours per week, with a minimum hour requirement of 25 hours per week.

In this role, you will work directly with children and young adolescents diagnosed with autism, providing behavioral interventions and support to help them reach their full potential. You will work closely with our BCBA team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers
  • Completing skill acquisition procedures using Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) as written
  • Completing skill acquisition procedures using Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET) as written
