Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the medication process.
  • Identify and prevent potential drug-related problems.
  • Resolve actual drug-related issues.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hospital staff pharmacist experience required.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • RPH - Pharmacist State License.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree, RPH certification.
  • 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
