  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and medication therapy plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy required.
  • RPH certification from the state of Texas required.
  • 2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred).
  • 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred.
