Position Summary:

Cutter Holding Co is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our Line Service team. The Line Service Technician (LST) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing various ramp activities and engaging with customers, pilots, passengers, senior staff, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fueling aircraft efficiently and safely.
  • Performing general maintenance and cleaning of systems.
  • Operating refueling trucks and towing equipment.
  • Promoting additional services or products to customers.
  • Towing and repositioning aircraft in and out of hangars.
  • Ensuring compliance with FAA and TSA regulations.
  • Assisting passengers and pilots with luggage handling and transportation needs.
  • Documenting the number of units handled using daily production sheets.
  • Connecting hoses and operating equipment for liquid transfer.
  • Interpreting work orders or receiving verbal instructions to determine tasks and resource needs.
  • Engaging with customers in person to provide information about services, take orders, or address complaints.
  • Conducting airfield management activities, including escorting passengers and crew members across the airfield.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in keyboarding.
  • Capability to perform basic calculations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Team-oriented with a friendly approach to building rapport.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in an FBO setting.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, training, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Must pass a drug screening test.
