Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to instructors and staff.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate clinical placements and training activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and implement program strategies.
  • Recruit and select students for the program, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool.
  • Develop and maintain instructional materials and resources.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of program data and metrics.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with two (2) years of nursing experience.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience as an RN in a long-term care facility.
  • Experience in teaching adults and/or supervising nurse aides.
  • Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, independent judgment, organization, communication, time management, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and some weekend assignments.
