- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Associate degree in computer science or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Experience with ticketing systems and asset management software
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
