Description

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clientele while fostering strong customer relationships through various communication methods. This position involves addressing all inquiries from consumers, customers, and internal stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.

WORK SCHEDULE will typically be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM CT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  1. Promptly and accurately respond to consumer inquiries via their preferred communication channel, including phone, email, fax, and social media.
  2. Provide efficient and friendly transactional support for direct consumer orders, which encompasses order entry, account management, delivery tracking, and processing returns.
  3. Ensure the accuracy of orders by verifying all provided information.
  4. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the tools and technologies necessary for daily operations, including SAP order processing, SAP Cloud 4 Customer (CRM) technology, Outlook, and various web applications.
  5. Meet established standards in service quality and phone etiquette.
  6. Communicate product information related to vitamins and supplements to consumers while strictly adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines as outlined in training.
  7. Contribute to a positive team environment through adaptability and a constructive attitude.
  8. Maintain knowledge of pricing, discounts, and promotions across all channels to serve consumers accurately and efficiently.
  9. Document all consumer interactions, feedback, and inquiries thoroughly in the CRM system.
  10. Develop expert knowledge of Nature's Way brand products and utilize available resources effectively to address consumer questions.
  11. Cross-train to provide support to the Business CSR Team, Receptionist, and other Business Units as required.
