Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and bathrooms, according to established procedures.
  • Restock amenities, such as toiletries and linens, and ensure that rooms are fully equipped for guests.
  • Comply with Stonebridge Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, and work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning marble and tile areas.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day, and exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned rooms.

Requirements:

  • High school education is not required, but up to one month of related experience or training is preferred.
  • Ability to perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop, and push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs.
