We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the store, including merchandising and visual displays.
  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Generate sales and promote products to customers, while providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with sign waving, general housekeeping, and loss prevention efforts.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
