Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Spirit Halloween. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
  • Support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 16
  • Perform physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for 8 hours
