Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to provide technical support for our client at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the identification, development, and preparation of facilities, sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects.
  • Perform data entry for assigned projects in the Enterprise Business System.
  • Work with customers to define project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and draft Statements of Work.
  • Coordinate with governmental personnel to define project requirements and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Provide construction oversight to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable code requirements.
  • Review contractor progress and provide recommendations to the government.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a facility-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager.
  • Experience developing programming documents and knowledge of engineering principles.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Federal, state, and local regulations and statutes.
  • Ability to obtain a favorable Tier 1 clearance.
