RN - Intensive Care Unit Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Seaside Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our ICU team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, including those with complex medical conditions and life-threatening injuries.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices in critical care nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License (if practicing in Washington state).
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
