Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting
