Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting
