We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Health Levine Childrens Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting the manager with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and outcomes, allocating human and fiscal resources as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Supervise and develop nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, with previous management experience preferred.
- BSN required, with RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date.
- Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam.
Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies.
