We are currently looking for a Technical Support Field Specialist to assist with a computer system deployment project.

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Carefully unbox and set up new computer systems, ensuring meticulous handling.
  • Place systems in designated locations and maintain accurate tracking as per established procedures.
  • Manage waste disposal effectively, ensuring proper recycling and disposal of materials.
  • Disassemble packaging and coordinate logistics with precision.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting any issues, concerns, or technical updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in the deployment and servicing of computer equipment.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations within the assigned area.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent credentials.
  • Prior experience in hardware deployment projects.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • A professional and positive attitude.

Compensation:

Hourly rate of $22.00 based on W4 tax profile; weekly payroll compensation.
