Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Compliance and Quality Review Verification team, you will support all teams within Loan Operations, focusing on Document Review, Funding Review, Flood Review, and Procedural Review and monitoring.

Key Skills:
Strong attention to detail, intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), strong written communication skills, basic understanding of Windows File Folders, and willingness to learn and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Flood Due Diligence, calculations, insurance policies, values, and SFHD. Additionally, experience with preparing Loan documents for Consumer, Small Business, and Commercial products, procedural creation and review, and a legal background.
