IntePros is partnering with a leading Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company to identify a highly skilled Anti-Money Laundering Specialist for a critical engagement in the financial sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding, transitions, and conversions. This includes preparing for and onboarding clients, opening and closing accounts, and analyzing and reconciling incoming or outgoing data for accurate translation to the platform.

The successful candidate will determine the best set-up for client accounts, establish or update client accounts, and prepare for the opening of new accounts once due diligence on KYC and AML has been completed. They will also review the Account Opening Checklist for accuracy and close off accounts by checking for any pending activity or balances remaining in the account.

The Anti-Money Laundering Specialist will conduct pre-transition/conversion testing and quality review of client data, escalate findings to senior colleagues or assigned transition consultants, and be responsible for the daily workflow of client transition/conversion operational and data analysis.

They will also assist with managing transitions/conversions by developing transition/conversion plans, assessing key resource requirements, and identifying critical paths. The candidate will coordinate with different departments to complete tasks and documentation in time and communicate progress to the team and escalate issues or potential project delays.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience, with advanced/graduate degree preferred. They will also have work experience, preferably in client-facing or project management, and applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
