Communications Signals Analyst

Barnett Engineering & Signaling Laboratories LLC (BESL) is seeking qualified professionals to deliver expert signals and intelligence analysis support. The selected candidates will be tasked with conducting in-depth technical evaluations of foreign communication signals sourced from various channels. Proficiency in industry-standard analytical tools is essential for producing comprehensive technical reports based on these evaluations. Monthly technical progress reports detailing completed tasks and their impact on missions will be required.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and prepare documentation, reports, multimedia products, and studies as needed by the client. Prior to dissemination, these materials must be presented to the Prime (Technical Manager) for approval by the Government Task Manager to ensure accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Analyze Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) data - Focus on Communications Intelligence (COMINT) signals analysis of foreign satellite communication systems - Employ analytical tools, techniques, and methodologies to generate analytical products - Create technical SIGINT exploitation reports and deliverables.
- Monthly Technical Status Reports: Compile and present to the Prime Program Manager (PM) and Deputy PM, summarizing technical achievements and their mission significance.
- Potential for travel opportunities both within and outside the continental United States.
- 4-6 years of experience in SIGINT collection and analysis.
- High School Diploma.
- Familiarity with standard intelligence community analysis tools such as Martes, WVT, DVT, SATT, PKTSWING, etc.
- Formal training in signals analysis.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearance.
